The company has been involved in numerous projects, including government contracts in both South Africa and Botswana.
In 2022, Symaxx Digital was hired to design their website and manage ongoing content updates, focusing on localizing the website for improved search visibility.
The aim was to build a content-rich website that would help Synergy Evolution dominate the local asset management market.
Project Scope & Objectives
Services Provided: Website Design, Content Management, Local SEO (via Location Pages), Portfolio Creation
Project Duration: Ongoing (Since 2022)
Description
The main goal for Synergy Evolution was to create a professional website that could serve as a central hub for the company’s services, projects, and team profiles.
Symaxx Digital designed the website using WordPress, with ongoing content management to continuously update the site with blog posts and location-specific pages.
The focus was on creating localized pages to dominate search results in key areas like Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. Additionally, we built a detailed portfolio section highlighting the company’s many projects, and professional team profiles to enhance credibility and online presence.
Our Approach
Strategy Overview
Our approach began with creating a clean, professional WordPress website that would act as the digital foundation for Synergy Evolution.
We then implemented a content-driven strategy, continuously adding new blog posts, service pages, and localized pages to capture traffic from specific regions.
Each location page was optimized to ensure the company ranked highly in local searches for asset management services. We also built a portfolio section to showcase Synergy Evolution’s projects, including over 50 government-related projects in South Africa and Botswana.
The website also features team profiles for all key employees, helping the company present a unified and professional image online.
Tools & Technologies Used
- WordPress (for website design and content management)
- Google Analytics (for tracking website performance)
- Local SEO Tactics (for optimizing location-specific pages)
- Custom Portfolio Pages (to highlight past projects)
- Google Search Console (for monitoring search visibility)
Detailed Description
The website was built using WordPress, with a focus on scalability and the ability to continuously add content. We implemented over 300 pages, including localized pages for Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Cape Town, targeting various sub-locations within those cities.
This helped the company dominate local search rankings for asset management services. Each page was optimized for SEO, focusing on search intent and relevant keywords.
A portfolio section was added to showcase over 50 major projects with the government, and professional team profiles were created for each employee. The result is a comprehensive, content-rich website that drives organic traffic and boosts credibility.
