Brief Overview

Smile Perfection is a dental practice located in Pretoria Central, a highly competitive area with many local dentists. Dr. Patrick Maubane approached Symaxx Digital to help improve the practice’s online visibility and generate more clients. 

The focus was on creating a robust SEO strategy to make the practice stand out, as well as implementing social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic and bookings.

Description

The primary objective for Smile Perfection was to increase the practice’s online visibility and drive client bookings in a competitive dental market. 

We created a website built around a solid SEO strategy to target key dental-related search terms. Additionally, social media marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook were used to generate leads, particularly for premium services like orthodontic treatments. 

We also integrated an easy-to-use online booking system that streamlined the scheduling process, reducing the reliance on receptionists for appointment management.

Our approach for Smile Perfection focused on combining a long-term SEO strategy with immediate lead generation through social media marketing. 

The WordPress-based website was designed with SEO in mind, incorporating relevant keywords, optimized meta tags, and content to boost rankings for dental services in the highly competitive Pretoria area. 

We ran targeted Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns, which generated a high number of leads in a short period of time. 

A Lake Point booking plugin was integrated into the website to allow patients to book appointments online easily, reducing the workload for reception staff and improving the overall client experience.
